What we do
From a full tear-off to a loose vent collar, it’s all one phone call.
Removal and replacement of all roofing types, including non-friable asbestos type shingles.
Fixes for the parts that let water in.
Aluminum seamless gutters from the RainPro Designer Series.
Replacement or installation of skylights, sun tunnels and roof windows. Glass only, never plastic. We proudly use Velux.
Ridge, edge, soffit and gravity vents, turbines and power ventilators. We use Lomanco, Solar Cool, Airvent and GAF.
Roof debris cleaning, caulking and sealing, painting and sealing, roof stain removal, and cleaning, painting and sealing of tin roofs.
Materials we trust: CertainTeed and GAF shingles, Velux skylights, RainPro gutters. We always install Ice and Water Shield on your roof deck, over 15 lb or 30 lb felt.
What to expect
Call us or request an estimate. We come out to your home to look at the roof, and we help you pick a shingle that’s right for it.
It depends on how urgent the problem is, but we get to most homes 3–4 weeks from the date of the estimate.
A crew of five to seven finishes most homes in 1–2 days, weather permitting. We don’t need to come inside.
We take care of all the debris and dispose of it safely and legally at the city or county dump.
Good to know: debris can fall into your attic during a tear-off, so we suggest covering anything stored up there. Plywood sheeting drops less than board decking.
